ROLAND GENESY, JR.
Owner/Founder, Master Trainer
Roland is a former NCAA DI athlete and NFL recruit. Originally from Memphis, TN, he played football at UT Martin while studying exercise science, before finding his way to Glendale CC to earn his associate's degree. He then went on to play at Indiana State University and graduated with his bachelor's degree in 2016.
Roland played for the Arizona Rattlers during the 2019-2020 season and won the 2019 Arizona Shredder Classic Physique bodybuilding competition. He currently has a professional bodybuilding card and serves as a running back coach for a local private high school.
Roland has a passion for creating and maintaining healthy lifestyles and mentoring athletes.
Tiara Marbles
Certified Personal Trainer
Tiara moved to Arizona in 2017 from her home town in California. She joined the gym as a client to learn how to live a happier, healthier lifestyle where she soon fell in love with fitness. In 2020 Tiara competed in her first bodybuilding competition. She then decided to pursue a career into fitness. Tiara holds a certification with the American Council on Exercise and dedicated her life to helping others reach their fitness goals. When she is not training clients she enjoys going to the gym, traveling and spending time with her children and dogs.
Kari Nhi
Certified Personal Trainer
Kari is a matriculating PA Student at ATSU. She is from Las Vegas where she completed a Bachelors in Kinesiology at UNLV and accumulated 5 years of healthcare experience. She then moved to Arizona to pursue her career and expand her knowledge in sports medicine. She sees the importance of incorporating whole person functionality and uses her knowledge to give the best experience for her clients.
With a NASM-CPT certification, she continues to teaching and motivating others to increase their quality of life along with reaching their health and fitness goals. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, crocheting, and spending time with family and friends.
